Notice to customers regarding incorrect shipments from March 26th
Dear Customers,
We are sorry to inform you that there have been problems with shipments starting March 26, 2021.
The error involved the delivery of our jeans due to an AliExpress logistics error.
Instead of delivering normal jeans, tight jeggins were delivered, a model quite different from the one shown in the promotions on the facebook platform.
All return requests have been accepted and for the most part already processed. All customers have been reimbursed.
We are really sorry for the inconvenience.
AliExpress has already reported serious delays and problems with shipments on its affiliate channels
We only encountered the error at the end of April, also due to the limited staff of our company due to COVID-19.
We promptly reported the problem to AliExpress support by soliciting the shipment of the batch with the correct products, but that was the answer.
We are confident that we will have a refund, meanwhile all customers to whom the wrong product has been shipped will be entitled to a full refund at no additional cost.
